Ladoke Akintola University of Tecnology LAUTECH, Ogbomosho who has been on strike for the past four months now due to funding of institution from the two owner state; Oyo and Osun state, has finally pulled out of the strike to resume all academic activities on 3rd January, 2019.
This decision was made the University Management Committee at its meeting of Wednesday, January 2, 2019, directed that all students be notified of the commencement of academic activities (course registration and lectures) on Thursday, January 3, 2019.
Students are advised to check the University website for the academic calendar and lecture time-table for 2018/2019 Harmattan Semester at LAUTECH.
The above announcement was made after the controversial mail sent to students email for the staff of the University to resume work after the festive holiday.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor A. S. Gbadegesin and the entire Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso hereby welcome all back to the University after the Christmas and New Year celebrations.As the University resumes fully on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, Management wishes to enjoin all to ensure that all hands are on deck so that the University can experience a crisis-free session and thereby move the University forward.
