Sambo Dasuki is not having a Merry Christmas right now.
The
embattled former National Security Adviser was re-arrested yesterday
shortly after being released from Kuje prison in Abuja, Daily Trust reports.
He was taken to court by EFCC, but he was granted bail last week along with former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa and his son, Sagir, as well as a former NNPC official, Aminu Baba Kusa.
Dasuki’s lawyer, Ahmed Raji reportedly confirmed his re-arrest.
You
will recall that Dasuki is standing trial in three different courts in
Abuja for alleged money laundering offences running into billions of
naira.
